Around 55% of everything we sell is sourced from within the South Hams — some of the most productive and fertile farmland in the UK. The rest is the pick of the West Country, Britain's foremost food and drink region.

The hand-painted sign above our produce cart says it all. Locally-grown fruit and vegetables, cream and dairy from the lush pastures that made the South Hams famous, West Country cheeses, cooked meats, homemade pasties and desserts.

You’ll find produce displayed as it would be in any luxury food store — we pride ourselves on running one of the most elegant farm retail outlets in the country.

We’ll even cut your butter to size

Because we believe in doing things differently, we don’t just sell in standard packs. Old-fashioned, personal service means exactly that — and if you can’t find what you are looking for, tell us: we’re always happy to prepare special orders.

Our on-site chefs also prepare a complete menu of ready meals, fresh or frozen — so if you don’t want to cook, you can buy everything already cooked for you.
